Please note that we can answer medical inquiries only for our patients. Medical information will be charged. We would like to ask you to sign up for an annual checkup two to three months in advance.

In case of absence please sign off 24 hours in advance, so you can save a clearing of your reserved time.

If you do not receive your prescription within four to five days, please call us. Should we be in holidays, contact our representative or your GP.

Remember that e-mails are not encrypted and your data could potentially be seen by strangers.
